Quick thoughts
May. 23rd, 2008 08:28 pmI heard this morning that Robert Asprin had passed away. I never met him, but I think I'd have liked him. I've been pushing the Beetle to read Thieve's World lately, since for my generation, that's a classic. I may have to insist now.

Fantasy Book Spot posted a very nice review of Mad Kestrel. I've also been invited to be a visitor at Dragonmount, a Wheel of Time community. Next week I'll be appearing on a fantasy panel with Faith Hunter and Gail Z Martin at Joseph Beth Books in Charlotte, as a kickoff to ConCarolinas.
Aak! Must make bookmarks! Must decide what I'm wearing! Must make sure I have enough books! Good thing it's a long weekend.
