My shins, quads and feet do not love Yasmine today. *groans in agony* I swear, they should drop all that water-boarding and just force prisoners to belly dance. By morning, they'd be ready to sell out their own mamas! But last night I finally started to understand the catch-me turns (it's as if the dancer is the little wheel inside the big wheel of a Spirograph - eek!) so maybe I'll have it mastered in time for the show.
