Jul. 31st, 2009 11:05 amToday in 1970 was the last day of the officially sanctioned rum ration in the Royal Navy. I'll be wearing black in honor of the lost rum.
What on earth is the point of complaining about what beer the President drank in his meeting yesterday? The President has the right to drink something he thinks tastes good, same as any one of us. Personally I'd have chosen anything BUT beer - does that make me unpatriotic? Sheesh.
