Aug. 7th, 2009 02:33 pmToday in 1974, Philippe Petit performed a high wire act between the twin towers of the World Trade Center 1,368 feet in the air. I am so heights-averse that just reading about this makes me queasy.
We had a great Jewels of the Caravan practice last night, and I'm utterly achy today, but in that good, I-worked-so-hard kind of way. I was tired when I got home, but I had to stay awake and watch the summer finale of Burn Notice ("Fiona is not my past!"....yeah!) Despite loving Michael Westen to bits, I watch the show just as much for Sam Axe. Because it's a fact that Bruce Campbell is the only man on this earth who could call me 'baby' and make me love it.
Okay, my husband could get away with it, too, but no one else.
