Okay, this has just been the neatest day. First the weather. Oh my heavenly days, the weather was stunning! Blue skies and sunshine and a light breeze. Being the last day of the month, we had to have a fire drill at school, during which all that spring weather awakened the mischief gremlins in our kids, driving one darling angel to key several cars in the parking lot. Mine was one, although the damage is so light you have to squint to see it. Three other cars suffered ugly deep gouges. I guess he liked me best. *laughs*
I picked up the Beetle, who'd brought home his report card - three A's and a B that's one point away from being an A. We were nearly dancing in the car! Then we pulled into the driveway, and saw a box on the porch. A box from my dear friend
heidi2524, who spent the weekend at ConCon. She had told me she was sending me a treat from the Con, and I assumed it was a little knickknack of some kind. Silly Misty. What was in the box, you ask?
Only my precious!!!

*happy goofy fangirl dance* Heidi, you rock better than Sean Bean's voice on my answering machine! You rock better than a day at the beach with a cooler full of Mike's Hard Lemonade! You rock better than chocolate (and considering I haven't had chocolate since February, that's saying something!) Thank you, sweetie!
