Speaking of writing friends...I just received my advance copy of Diana Pharaoh Francis' latest, The Black Ship! I get to read it before you do! But for some of you, that might be good, because it gives you time to read the first book, The Cipher.

And my advance copy of Prospero Lost, the soon-to-be-released novel by L. Jagi Lamplighter (aka arhyalon) is on its way. Again, I get to taunt you all who cannot read it yet! But if you'd like a taste, here's the first chapter.
