Today in 1978, the body of Charlie Chaplin was stolen for ransom from a cemetery in Corsier, Switzerland. I know every criminal wants his crime to be original, but please.

It's snowing. In March. In South Carolina.

As the beloved husband pointed out, at least it started early enough that I'll probably get the cancelled-school call tonight instead of having to get up in the morning and wait for it. This late in the season, if school is closed tomorrow, the only days available to use for makeups will have to come out of spring break. Bleh.

It is pretty, though.

I don't know how it looks up your way, but we've got at least an inch on the ground already, and it's not easing up at all. Combined with all the rain that's going to freeze on the roads tonight, I'd say you need to stay home.
