mistymasseyToday in 1960, Donald Barton married Anne Swetnam. I am extraordinarily grateful that they did so. Happy anniversary, Mama and Daddy!
A crowd of people I like are either in Montreal or on their way today for WorldCon. But I'm not jealous. I get to sleep in my own bed tonight, and sit around barefooted all day. I don't have to remember where I put my con badge, nor run like a crazy person to make it to my next panel on time. I don't have to worry about what to wear or which party I want to try to attend. There's coffee only twenty feet away from me, I'm not wearing a stitch of makeup, my hair's in a ponytail and I'm getting tons of writing done.
Nope, not jealous at all. *grin*
