I'm a movie geek. So our new tidbit feature...Movie Trivia! Today we have a charming bit of information about the 2001 remake of Ocean's Eleven. The cast gambled during off hours and while there's disagreement between who won the most (George Clooney says Matt Damon, Damon says Brad Pitt), Clooney managed to lose 25 hands of blackjack in a row. Trust me, when this comes up on Double Jeopardy, you'll thank me!

My poor Beetle...this semester he has four classes, two in the main building and two in the tech center, which is across a street and a goodly walk. So of course he's in E Building first block, ATC second block, back to E Bldg for third block and once more to ATC to finish the day. This kid is going to get his exercise this semester.

Well, it looks like I am going to DragonCon after all. Thanks to one dear friend's misfortune (I'm so sorry, sweetie - I hope you find another job really fast. *hugs*) another dear friend needed a buddy to go with her, and she's hard to say no to. Even if I wanted to. I won't be there as a guest, of course, but if you bring books and find me in the hallways, I will happily sign them for you.
