mistymasseyI live in the South, where any amount of wintry weather nearly always results in me staying home from work. We had about three hours of continuous lovely, fluffy snow beginning about 5:30 AM, but it changed to frozen rain shortly after.

philipmcavery tried to go to work, but he only got a mile and a half from home before realizing the futility of his effort. He's been busily catching up on his home business stuff ever since. The Beetle had a project to finish, so he's been working on it all day. And me? I've been taking advantage of the day to work on my line edits. I have until the end of March to turn them in, but why wait?
So here I am, fuzzy slippers on my feet, curled into my couch, a cup of hot coffee on the table to hand, laptop on my..well, lap, The Hungry Ghost playing and me just a'typing away.
This, my dears, is what life ought to be.
