Asking for my husband's opinion on a generally life-changing decision usually ends in him trying to spoil me again, whether or not I should have what I think I want.

However, this time it resulted in a good lesson about making choices with my heart instead of my head. Somehow I can't help suspecting that he meant it this way all along...
